Exclusive dresses will be available in the appointment as well as the ones on our website.
To secure your dress appointment, we require a deposit of £40. This deposit will be applied towards your purchase if you find the dress you desire with us. In the event that you do not make a purchase, the deposit will be used to compensate for time and expertise.
We will handpick dresses tailored to your individual taste and size to ensure your appointment is as productive and enjoyable as possible.
Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours prior to the desired appointment date to give stylists enough time to prepare for the appointment.
How do the appointments work ?
Our expert stylist will guide you through our collection, taking into account your preferred silhouette, colours, and any specific details you desire. We'll curate a selection of dresses just for you, ensuring each one reflects your unique style. You are welcome to bring up to two guests with you to accompany you during your appointment.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you get the most out of your experience. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. However, please note that being late for more than 10 minutes may result in your appointment time being shortened to accommodate other bookings.
Policies
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, but we kindly request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so or not showing up for your appointment will result in the cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.
Late Arrival : In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notification, your appointment may be cancelled at the discretion of the stylist.
